Benzhou Vehicle Industry Group -- a Sino-Japanese Joint Venture Established in 1995, we are a Sino-Japanese joint venture producing motorcycles, scooters with EURO III EEC approval, electric bicycles, gasoline engines and generators. We have grown fast since then, and are now recognized by the government as one of the top 500 private enterprises in mainland China.
Design Staff from Italy
We have six R&D staff based in Italy who design the engines and frames for our motorcycles and scooters. Every year they travel to mainland China to train our local 200 R&D staff. This helps us develop high-quality products, and we have 42 domestic patents for our designs.
Four-Layer Baked Enamel Finishing
At our 123,500-square-meter factory in Taizhou, we produce $75 million worth of items every year. Our sales are driven in part by our unique production processes, such as a four-layer bake-finishing for our motorcycles and scooters. Using six automated production lines we turn out 500,000 motorcycles, 300,000 engines, 150,000 electric bicycles, 100,000 generators and 50,000 scooters every year.
Six Sigma Production Guidelines
We have fully implemented Six Sigma production guidelines. This, and the hard work put in by our 30 QC staff, enable us to obtain CCC, CE, DOT and EPA certifications for our products.
